A Cold Day
A cold day is a day when the temperature goes down.
It usually happens during the winter season. Temperature may go down during the
rainy season too. But then it is not called a cold day. Such a day affects life
greatly. The sun does not rise soon. Sometimes there is no sunshine at all. There
are mists and fogs at times. The morning is often misty and foggy. All living
beings feel cold. People shiver when the cold is too much. They put on warm
clothes. The poor people can not wear enough warm clothes. They shiver if the
cold is too much. They burn hay to shake off cold. The rich people put on
different kinds of warm clothes. Animals and birds are also affected. They do
not move as usual. There is a feeling of laziness all around.
